About Beth

Beth has been coaching for over 20 years. She began coaching in university where she was also a member of her school's varsity team. Some highlights of her skating career include: competing at the Pre-Novice level in singles and competing at the national level in Novice ice dance. She achieved her gold freeskate, skills and dance tests.

As a coach, Beth has helped many skaters to achieve gold level tests and reach exciting goals such as qualifying for Provincials. She loves to balance hard work on and off the ice with fun and humour.

Beth is provincially trained and recently completed a specialized training program in off ice conditioning and jump technique. She is looking forward to an amazing season with a wonderful group of coaches and skaters!
