Program Fee

The Program Fee covers a portion of the cost of delivering your skater’s on-ice program for the season, including ice time and coaching provided as part of the registered program. Program fees can be paid in four installments to help spread the cost throughout the season.
 

Skate Canada Fee

The Skate Canada Fee is an annual registration fee required for all skaters participating in Skate Canada programs. For the 2026/2027 season in Ontario, the fee is $65.70 per skater and is made up of:

• Skate Canada National Registrant Fee: $30.00

• Skate Ontario Section Fee: $30.00

• Safe Sport Fee: $5.00

• Injury Benefit Fee: $0.70

This fee is paid annually and provides the skater with registration through Skate Canada and Skate Ontario for the skating season.

 

Fundraising Fee

The Fundraising Fee is charged once per family, not per skater. Each family will receive a booklet of Skate Ontario promotional tickets to sell. Families keep the money collected from ticket sales, so if all tickets are sold, the full fundraising fee can be earned back.

Administration Fee

The Administration Fee helps offset the club’s administrative and registration costs, including the cost of using Uplifter, our online registration and club management platform.

Volunteer Fee

There is no volunteer fee for the 2026/2027 season. The club has eliminated the $100 volunteer fee that was charged in previous seasons.
