The WSC is committed to providing a safe atmosphere for all athletes while they are on the ice. However, the best way to ensure everyone's safety is to have all parties to be properly educated. Please review the below resources, policies, code of conduct and waiver with your skaters prior to them starting on the ice for the 2020/2021 Season.

Read, sign & return:
Please read the Skate Ontario Concussion Policy with your skater(s). After reading that, please download the waiver and the code of conduct. Once you have read over the documents, please e-sign/print, sign and scan/print and submit it in person to a WSC executive member. If you choose to submit your forms electronically, please e-mail the signed versions to woodvilleskatingclub@gmail.com.
